Warranty Policy:
1- This warranty is approved for the (Sharks Protection Package ) product and is valid for one year only on the front screen from the date of purchase invoice.
2- The customer will be compensated in two cases:
First: If the front screen is broken and it meets the warranty conditions, compensation will be limited to a maximum of 650 riyals.
Second: In the event that the front screen is broken and it meets the warranty conditions, compensation will be limited to a maximum of 1,000 riyals.
Third: In the event that the rear window is broken and it meets the warranty conditions, compensation will be limited to a maximum of 300 riyals.
The second and third cases apply to cases registered in the Golden Guarantee for the Sharks package starting from 04-12-2025 AD.
3- In case the front screen is broken, the broken screen must be sent to the company’s official address to ensure that the warranty conditions are met in order to receive compensation. In case the back glass is broken, a video must be sent when claiming compensation, showing the serial number registered in the warranty with the existing breakage condition, showing the presence of the rear thermal protection for Sharks and Sharks case on the device.
4- The warranty does not cover damage or breakage resulting from misuse, such as: the device falling into water, high-damage shocks, bending the device by the customer, or any defect resulting from misuse.
5- The warranty is obtained from Sharks website, and the product purchase invoice must be from (Sharks online store, authorized point of sale, or an online store authorized by Sharks) and approved and accepted through Sharks website.
6- A copy of the purchase invoice and the device’s information must be uploaded to the warranty page within a maximum period of 7 days from the time of purchasing the product.
7- When activating the warranty, you must enter all the required data accurately. Incomplete information will not be accepted.
8- The presence of the product on the front and back screen of the device is a basic condition to benefit from the warranty or compensation.
9- When requesting warranty activation, the customer must photograph the device with the Sharks product and all its accessories, including the front sticker, the rear thermal cover, the camera protection, and the case. When removing the sticker from the front screen, the rear thermal protection, or the case in the event of breakage, the right to compensation and warranty claim is forfeited, and the company cannot compensate the customer in this case.
10- Compensation will be provided within a maximum period of 15 working days if the required conditions are met and after verifying the customer’s eligibility for the guarantee.
11- If the protection package product is installed incorrectly or in a store not authorized by the company, the warranty will be rejected due to the company not having performed the correct and conditional installation.
12- Registration and compensation are done through the link designated for the warranty. A warranty registered on different websites or with authorized distributors or authorized electronic distributors cannot be accepted.
