Warranty, exchange and return conditions:


1. In the event of any defect in the product, its packaging, or anything related to it, the customer must submit an official request to the store’s management via official means of communication within (24 hours) of receiving the product. The request explains the details of the defect and attaches to it pictures showing the existing defect. The store will study the request and decide on the customer’s request, either by replacing the defective product with a new product if available, or compensating the customer with a balance similar to the value of the product in his wallet inside the store, or transferring the balance to the customer’s account, or rejecting the request submitted by the customer because it is not eligible, and in the event of a delay. If the customer submits the order beyond the specified time, he will not have the right to claim anything related to the products that were delivered.

2. The customer must check the product and anything related to it when receiving it from the shipping company or delivery representative. Otherwise, his receipt will be considered an acknowledgment of the integrity of the product, its packaging, and anything related to it and that it is in accordance with his order.

3. The customer has the right to request the return of the product within (three days) from the date of receipt, provided that the product, its packaging, and any accessories sent with it (gifts, etc.) are in their original condition, with all their attachments and codes, and have not been opened or exposed to any scratches or damages. The request will be dealt with after Receiving the product and its accessories that were sent with it from the customer by returning the value of the product to the customer’s bank account after deducting the delivery fees and return fees of the shipping company, and any other fees imposed on bank transfers.

4. The customer has the right to exchange the product within (three days) from the date of receipt, provided that the product, its packaging, and any accessories sent with it (gifts, etc.) are in their original condition, with all their attachments and codes, and have not been opened or exposed to any scratches or damages. The request will be dealt with after receipt. The replaced product and its accessories that were sent with it from the customer by sending the new product, provided that the customer bears the fees for returning the replaced product, and the fees for delivering the new product.

5. The customer has no right to exchange or return any product after three days have passed from the date he received the product.

6. Any products purchased using coupons or vouchers or purchased using a balance in the customer’s wallet within the store will not be returned.

7. Products that have been opened will not be replaced if it is not proven that there is a manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the terms of the warranty, such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the opened product is not in its normal condition - failure to follow Operating instructions - Exposing the product to water if it is not waterproof - Performing any external maintenance - The device completely or partially stops working if accessories that are not compatible with the device’s characteristics are used.







Sharks order return policy:


Products purchased through the website are absolutely not subject to return through authorized branches or points of sale.


The allowed period for returning products is three days from the date of receipt of the order.


Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded according to Tamara or Tabby policy.


Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not returnable.


Delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service in exchange for receiving the order and paying on time. When the product arrives and you wish to return, it is deducted for the customer to benefit from it.


The amounts are returned to customers if they are due within a period ranging from 7 to 14 working days from the date we receive the product.
